I will never ever call on anyone else! EVER! Long story short, Tom didn't know me from Adam and I called him in a pure panic about a mystery red stain on very very light carpet. I had made it worse trying to get it up myself. Tom was at my door with tote in hand and worked on it...... and worked on it. Reassuring me that all was going to be okay! He left product on the spot and I promised him I wouldn't watch it. He came back the next day and back at it......... and as promised it was gone. I can not say enough about this company, this man and the value of personal service behind it. I will continue to recommend to any and all that will listen. We are still beyond impressed!
