I am forever in search of people that take pride in their work. Tom is just that guy he does a phenomenal job. He makes it obvious he cares about his clients and their property. He did a house for one of my clients the carpets were pretty much done for, well I thought anyways but he made it look like new again. He uses great products and equipment. He's great at what he does I will be using what a difference in the future and I recommend him to everyone I know.

Tom Ingram is the man for getting tough stains out...Aaron's Thinking Putty on brand new carpet was a challenge but he succeeded and my carpet looks great! Highly recommend What A Difference for all your carpet/tile needs.

I had pet stains on already old carpet in both living rooms and had scrubbed them with industrial size cleaners and everything you could think of to no avail. I saw Tom’s ad and thought that I might as well give it one more shot before having the carpets replaced. Tom scheduled and confirmed, was easy to work with and talk to. I didn’t want to get my hopes up because I had tried almost everything and nothing had worked. Tom arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He was very polite and evaluated the area and got to work. Before I knew it he was done and asked me to come give it a look. I was thrilled!! He did an excellent job and my carpets look so much better! He was quick, effective, and professional. I would highly recommend giving him a try if you have some stubborn stains!!
